An operator, not a fund.

We buy and personally run commercial building-services companies in Arizona. When we take on a company, we keep it whole — the crew, the name, and the customers who built it.

Antelope Industrial Services (AIS) looks for well-established commercial trade companies whose owners are thinking about the next chapter, and keeps them running as healthy, operating businesses. Our focus is service- and maintenance-weighted work — companies with recurring customers and skilled, tenured technicians.

We are building a multi-trade platform across Arizona and the Southwest — bringing HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire/Life-Safety together under one company that serves commercial facilities across trades. Not a roll-up assembled to be stripped and flipped. A company built to last.

Commercial and industrial electrical service and maintenance — panel and service upgrades, code-driven maintenance programs, and power systems.

Plumbing

Commercial plumbing service — backflow, maintenance contracts, and the essential work commercial facilities depend on year-round.

Fire & Life-Safety

Inspection, testing, and maintenance that keeps buildings compliant and people safe — the recurring, mandated work of protecting a facility.

Led by the owner

Connor Gilman

AIS is led by Connor Gilman, who spent more than twenty years in commercial construction, owner's representation, and building operations — including founding and running a commercial project-management firm — before turning to acquiring and operating the trade companies he spent a career working alongside.

The through-line is simple: he understands what it takes to run commercial work well, and he buys companies to operate them, not to trade them.
